KICKSTART YOUR MORNING!
Enjoy an hour long yoga class with a mimosa following. Please bring your own mat and water bottle, and don't forget to stop by for brunch afterwards!

I've always been humbled at how yoga connects our mind, body, and soul. It inspires me to live mindfully and with greater compassion. I believe that yoga is more than just showing up on your mat – it embodies your day-to-day life focused on enriching your own life and the people around you.
